Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and selected shipping method. We ship within the United States using UPS services.

Handcrafted Products
All products are handcrafted in small batches and shipped with care.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is with the carrier, The Mystic Steep is not responsible for delays. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier. For packages lost in transit, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
