We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. The Mystic Steep is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened tea products for health and safety reasons. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Damaged or defective items should be reported within 7 days of receipt.
